Delete your Nua account

In the app

1. Open Nua and tap the menu button (☰) at the top of the screen.
2. Tap Manage profile.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted right away, and you are signed out on that device.

No longer have the app?

Email support@nua-app.comfrom the address linked to the Apple or Google account you used to sign in to Nua, with the subject "Delete my Nua account". We will confirm the account is yours and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, pronouns, date, time and place of birth, relationship status
• The people you added for compatibility and readings, with their birth details
• Your readings, forecasts, compatibility reports and natal chart
• Your conversations with the in-app astrologer
• Your reactions, saved progress and notification settings
• The record of purchases kept on our side

What is not deleted

• Your subscription.Deleting the account does not cancel billing. Cancel it in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).
• Purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat. They keep their own records of transactions under their policies and the law; we cannot delete those.
• Anonymous usage statistics that are no longer linked to you.
